Am soooOOOOooOOOOooo happy today! Am really pleased with my loss and routines! So, what am I going to amend this week? Well, I'm going to ADD 200 sit-ups every day and weight training. Important to keep that lean muscle and all that, so hopefully I'll have GORGEOUS abs when the masses of fat has left my obese frame! Can't wait to see the results in my clothes and bones, but am SO fat I know it will be some time. Just need to work hard and consistently. I can do it!
Oo, I have totally realised that my blog is not nearly as thinspiring as others (Alissia, Anna and Belle to name but a few), but I am going to keep it up none-the-less! I am really keen for comments, so please keep them coming! I just don't have time to spend hours on the PC (leave for work at 6:30, get home at 19:30 and then have the hubby around all the time) so I have to leave you girls to get those pics for me! Luckily my hubby loves VS models too, and I can excuse looking at TV series (ANTM) so that's as about thinspiring as you are going to get from me! LOL! Hope you like them too though!
