OMG, so I think it's safe to say that alcohol is a trigger for me. I have gone WAAAAAY overboard on the eating, and most worryingly, I don't know WHY?! I have PTSD and have been learning to try and control negative emotions in a positive, balanced way but in order for it to work I need to know WHAT the negative emotions are... Sheesh caboodle, what a slow, tedious and frightening journey this is...
Will do better tomorrow. i MUST!
