Day Seven

1. 1 hour exercise? Done with gusto!
2. 2 litres of water. Done and then some!
3. Stick to plan? Doney done done!

OMG, have had such a good day today! I woke up feeling hungry, and it was such a great incentive!!! I walked to the gym, got my workout in, had a sunbed, walked back via the supermarket (usually a trigger, but just bought veggies), have drunk all my water already and then some, and have only had 5 strawberries, 5 grapes and a v. small (say, 5 mouthfuls) of fat-free pasta I am allowed on my plan! Feeling SOOooOOooo good! I am thinking of excuses already to prevent my hubby being suspicious when i don't eat much tonight too... Am back at work tomorrow so am going to go to the gym first thing and then walk back to station from work (3.5 miles)

Have the big weigh in tomorrow though too, which i'm kinda nervous about. I know what I'm like and although I think to myself "It doesn't matter how much I've lost, as long as the scale is going in the right direction" another part of me knows I'll be nothing but disappointed if I've lost less than 3 stone!!! :^D Realistically though, I am prepared for a less 'up' day tomorrow and just need to make sure I do't turn to food as an answer. Wish me luck ladies!

  1. Good luck with the weigh in :) Hope the scale goes down instead of up for you. I know the feeling of not been happy with what you've lost. I experiance it every week LOL. That walk sounds very good. You've made me want to add walking into my exercise plan tomorrow now :)
