Big pat on the back for losing 9.5lbs in a fortnight! Well done me! the aim is to match if not beat that in the next fortnight... The clock is ticking!
So the AMENDED rule this week is to stick to Superfree foods only as much as possible. When I have no option it must still be SW, but I must only eat half of the portion (and no cheating by just serving myself a double portion!) ;^p
