Had another near-binge today, but thought of all of the thinspiring new blogs I read and thought I owe it to them and ME not to binge. Kept really busy (caffeine is my new best friend) and got LOADS done so am kinda pleased with myself. I need to get into the habit of going to the gym though as I find the time goes quite quickly on the bike or x-trainer - will definitely make it tomorrow. NO excuses!

Nice save on that near-binge! And thank you for commenting on thin daily! i hope my blog is one of the ones that thinspired you to conquer that binge craving! Your tip seems pretty common-sensical but really, when I get into a mindset, I often disregard things that are more "out of sight" like keeping my metabolism up. so thank you! Good luck hun and remember to stay strong! I know you can do it!
