Day Nine

1. 1 hour exercise? Well and truly done - must have been a 3 hour workout! Get in!
2. 2 litres water? hell yeah!
3. Stick to plan? Kinda - Vietnamese with friends after work. No alcohol and menu assured all meals are low fat, and as I'm vege I'm inclined to agree...
4. 200 sit-ups and weights? Afraid not - had to exercise on the hoof today and didn't get back until really late and went straight to bed!

Feeling good after yesterdays loss and compelled to work harder as the week goes on. i am nervous about tomorrow though as I am out on site all day with colleagues so am going to struggle to eat my mini-pickings with them. And then, am meeting my ex-fance (flying over from HongKong) and my therapist has suggested we discuss our split. I know one of the reasons we split is that we couldn't discuss the assault and he was never there for me when I needed him, so god knows what I'm expecting...?
