Day Twelve

1. 1 hour exercise? About to do (Dance workout - great fun!)and done 1 hour hike to make up for yesterday.
2. 2 litres water? Nearly...!
3. Stick to plan? Hell yeah!
4. 200 sit-ups and weights? Yip yip!

So hubby FINALLY goes out into the garden leaving me time to catch up on my blogging! Seriously, he is so selfish sometimes! LOL! Had quite a good day today and have thought about a way for me to up the weight loss - what do you think?
As I have hubby who questions a lot if I don't eat, I was thinking of making up a '3-2-1' diet. here's the lowdown:

3-2-1 Diet
Day 1. Eat 1 meal (D)
Day 2. Eat 2 meals (DL)
Day 3. Eat 3 meals (BLD)
Day 4. Fast or start at Day 1 again.
...

Obviously it lends from the ABC diet, which i tried before but was too unrealistic for me, meaning big crash and burn.

Let me know your thoughts and I might start tomorrow!
