Day Fourteen

1. 1 hour exercie? Not yet - just going
2. 2 litres water? And the rest - I'm like a camel the amount I am drinking!
3. Stick to plan? Hell yeah! Small portion of fat-free stir-fry = 50 cals max!
4. 200 sit-ups and weights? Will do in a min!

What another great day! Can't believe I'm a fortnight in and haven't given up yet. well done me! :^) Have also got some 'friends' onto PT with me which i know will be one hell of a boost! Hurrah - I really AM getting there at last! Am feeling in control but not NOT eating (which is bad) but definitely not bingeing is GREAT! Long may it last! Hurrah!
