Day Eleven

1. 1 hour exercise? Nup. :^(
2. 2 litres water? uh-huh!
3. Stick to plan? Yippeeee!
4. 200 sit-ups and weights. Yep!

So again, I'm celebrating the miniscule - hangovers are my worst triggers but today I really didn't eat much at all, and all of it was allowed on my plan! I am so proud! Before dinner I even tested myself by going to the supermarket and resisted all the tasty foods I would normally devour on hangover day and I am so proud of myself. Will defo make up for the exercise tomorrow though :^) Am so sorry to my fellow bloggers that I have not been online for so long. I am finding these sites such inspiration and motivation and it seems such a shame that seeing friends and socialising puts them second. Will have to see if I can do something about that! Any suggestions gratefully received!
